These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by LYD BEAUTY LTD ("we", "us", "our") and your use of our website at woollardcuts.uk.
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide
We provide professional barbering and hair services including, but not limited to:
- Haircuts for men, women, and children
- Beard trimming and shaping
- Colour treatments and highlighting
- Styling and blow-dry finishing
All services are performed in person at our premises in Warwick, England. We do not provide mobile or at-home services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Booking an Appointment

A booking is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it by phone or email. Submission of the contact form alone does not guarantee an appointment.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are starting rates and include VAT where applicable. The final price may vary depending on hair length, complexity of the service, or additional treatments requested during the appointment.
We will inform you of the final price before any service begins. By proceeding with the service, you agree to pay the quoted price.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of or immediately after the service. We accept payment by cash and card. Invoices may be issued for commercial clients where agreed in advance.
All payments processed through our Revolut Business account are governed by those payment terms. Payments must be made to LYD BEAUTY LTD. We do not accept payment to personal accounts or third parties.
6. Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
Repeated no-shows or very late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings at our discretion.
7. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the result of a service, please let us know before you leave the shop. We will do our best to correct any issue at no additional charge.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered unless there has been a clear error on our part. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the appointment.

8. Delivery and Fulfilment
Our services are delivered in person at the time of the appointment. There is no physical product to be dispatched. The service is considered fulfilled on completion of the appointment.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take care in delivering our services, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including hair type, pre-existing condition of hair, and reactions to products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days. If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, it may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved by agreement may be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This website is provided for informational purposes. We do not make any warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.
